Duration & Appointment Timing
Appointment length depends on hair thickness, current shade and your desired result. Shorter hair allows a streamlined application, but we always allow time for a thorough consultation and a refined finish.
A skin test is required at least 48 hours before your first colour appointment. We will confirm timing when you book and suggest a slot that fits your day.
Please arrive with dry hair free from heavy oils or styling build-up, so colour applies cleanly and evenly.
Aftercare & Maintenance
Wait 48 hours before your first wash to help lock in the result. Use a gentle, sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner and rinse with cool water where possible.
Apply heat protector before styling and lower the temperature to preserve shine. Limit exposure to chlorine and clarifying shampoos, which can accelerate fade.
To keep tone and gloss at their best, schedule a refresh or gloss top-up every 6 to 8 weeks, or as advised by your stylist. Your home care routine will be tailored to support your colour between visits.
