Duration & Appointment Timing
Appointment timing varies with hair length, thickness and the complexity of the cut. Time is allowed for consultation, precise cutting and a full blow-dry and finish.
If you are planning a significant restyle or have very long or very thick hair, mention this when booking so we can schedule enough time. Please arrive with hair detangled and free from heavy oils or tight styles.
Aftercare & Maintenance
To maintain shape, book regular trims. Short styles usually need attention every 4 to 6 weeks. Longer looks can stretch to 6 to 10 weeks depending on growth and your desired finish.
At home, use shampoo and conditioner suited to your hair type and always apply heat protection before drying or styling. Keep heat settings moderate and direct air down the hair to smooth the cuticle.
To extend your finish, brush gently, sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase, and refresh your blow-dry with a light spritz of water or a styling spray on day two.

Amazing! I decided to give the salon a try after seeing a promotion on social media. First of all I got a cute cup of tea and the snack basket whilst waiting. I had a full consultation with Chloe before we started which was so helpful and professional. Chloe cut my hair beautifully and went through the blow drying process for me to practice at home. We discussed my colour appointment for next time. Chloe showed me example of her work and what would best suit me. Plus a plan for when the grey sparkles become more evident! I felt very at ease with the whole experience. The salon was thriving even at 5pm! Thank you so much.

I booked my teenage daughter in with Syd for a curly cut and style. My daughter was nervous but Syd put her completely at ease. She knew her stuff inside out and gave us lots of styling tips and advice to bring out the curls. My daughter was over the moon with the finished result. She is literally so happy and said it’s the best haircut she’s ever had and she’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you Syd! I’ll be booking in for my (non curly) cut next!
