Duration & Appointment Timing

Allow around 45 to 75 minutes, depending on hair length, density and the level of curl detail. Extra time may be needed for very long or thick hair or for extension blending.

For events, book earlier in the day so curls can settle beautifully by start time. Arrive with hair free from heavy oils or residue to help the set last.

Aftercare & Maintenance

For the first few hours, avoid moisture and excess touching while the set settles. Sleep with a loose silk scrunchie or scarf and use a silk pillowcase to reduce friction.

In the morning, revive with a light mist or curl refresher and twist sections gently to reshape. Use dry shampoo at the roots on day two and avoid heavy oils on the lengths.

If needed, redefine a few pieces with low heat and shield with a light hairspray or anti-humidity spray. Detangle with a wide-tooth comb or fingers to preserve the curl.
